6. How long we keep your data

We keep your waitlist data for as long as Forano is in pre-launch phase, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Once we launch, we will give you the option to continue receiving communications or to be removed from our list.

Analytics data is retained for 14 months by Google Analytics (their default). Meta Pixel data is retained according to Meta's standard data retention policies.

7. Your rights under GDPR

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Our website runs over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted securely to Formspree. We do not store your personal data on our own servers.

9. Children's privacy

Forano is a B2B service intended for business owners. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
